a year, eight months, couple of days

Had my leg x-rayed last 2-3 weeks. اَلْحَمْدُلِلّهِ. Good progression. although need more time to achieve full recovery.

Marking by my Professor. Permanent marker. stays there for a week. not sure what ink they put

Assalamualaikum and good day.

well, its nearly 2014 and its holiday season (well not for me). just finished my surgical dept and entering O&G this Monday.

anyway, mama, papa, mak dik, aqila, afiq, uncle khusaini & aunty nora (family friend) are now in Sydney visiting kak ngah, abg ngah and Raudhah. how time goes by really fast. Raudhah is 2 months+. so cute, adorable, suka buat muka, suka mengomel, and in fact, suka travelling. maybe our family gene of adventures and travelling mmg written there all the way.

and also, one of thrilling holidays to mama and papa. because they just did their 1st tandem skydiving!. not sure berapa thousand feet. maybe 11k or 14k. so proud of them despite touching 60's. still have the courage and enjoying adrenaline rush. Here are some pictures of them!

Now, tinggal kak lee je belum merasa keseronokan Skydiving. bila lagi?. hehe

Berpuasa di Bulan Muharram

Dari Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu ‘anhu dia berkata, Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,

أَفْضَلُ الصِّيَامِ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ شَهْرُ اللَّهِ الْمُحَرَّمُ وَأَفْضَلُ الصَّلاَةِ بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ صَلاَةُ اللَّيْلِ

“Puasa yang paling utama setelah (puasa) Ramadhan adalah (puasa) di bulan Allah (bulan) Muharram, dan shalat yang paling utama setelah shalat wajib (lima waktu) adalah shalat malam.“

HSR Muslim (no. 1163).

Lebih utama lagi jika puasa tanggal 10 Muharram digandengankan dengan puasa tanggal 9 Muharram, dalam rangka menyelisihi orang-orang Yahudi dan Nashrani, karena Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam ketika disampaikan kepada beliau bahwa tanggal 10 Muharram adalah hari yang diagungkan orang-orang Yahudi dan Nashrani, maka beliau bersabda,

فَإِذَا كَانَ الْعَامُ الْمُقْبِلُ – إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ – صُمْنَا الْيَوْمَ التَّاسِعَ

“Kalau aku masih hidup tahun depan, maka sungguh aku akan berpuasa pada tanggal 9 Muharram (bersama 10 Muharram).”

HSR Muslim (no. 1134).

Although, maybe post ini terlambat, and its already 10th Muharram, its okay, to those who miss it this year, ​​اِ نْ شَآ ءَ اللّهُ., there will be next year
