Jalan2 Indonesia. place to visit before back home for good

These island are jinggling inside my head. going there somple to digest the view and the scenary or scuba diving..

1. Komodo National Park

Komodo National Park is located in the center of the Indonesian archipelago, between the islands of Sumbawa and Flores. Established in 1980, initially the main purpose of the Park was to conserve the unique Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) and its habitat. However, over the years, the goals for the Park have expanded to protecting its entire biodiversity, both terrestrial and marine. In 1986, the Park was declared a World Heritage Site and a Man and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, both indications of the Park's biological importance.

2. Raja Ampat

As stunningly beautiful above water as it is below, Raja Ampat (which literally translates as “The Four Kings”) has a startling diversity of habitats to explore. Each of these – from the stark wave-pounded slopes that drop away beneath the karst cliffs of Wayag and Uranie to the deep, nutrient-rich bays of Mayalibit, Kabui and Aljui to the “blue water mangrove” channels of Kofiau and Gam to the plankton-rich upwelling areas of Misool and the Dampier Strait – are home to unique assemblages of species that, when taken together, add to produce the most impressive species lists ever compiled for a coral reef system of this size.

Marine tourism, as a sustainable alternative to overfishing, mining, and logging, has the potential to play a key role in the conservation of Raja Ampat’s spectacular underwater realm, while also creating real benefits for the local communities. This website was designed as part of a larger effort to support the growth of sustainable marine tourism in Raja Ampat and the conservation of these magical islands.

Please explore this site to find information on breathtaking diving opportunities, travel logistics, Raja Ampat’s new tourism entrance fee (which directly supports conservation and community development), and the tremendous conservation effort taking place in Raja Ampat.

3. Bunaken

Bunaken is an 8.08 km² island in the Bay of Manado, situated in the north of the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. Bunaken forms part of the administrative city of Manado , capital of North Sulawesi. The marine Park around Bunaken is part of the National Park that also includes the ocean around the island of Manado Tua – or Old Manado, Siladen and Mantehage.

Within the Bunaken Marine Park, visitors can see various strange and colourful marine life along its sea bed. To reach this park, you can take a motorboat. The journey from Manado takes around 40 minutes. Entrance fee is 25,000 rupiahs per person per visit.

The translucent waters of the Bunaken seas enable people to clearly view numerous sea biota. There are 13 species of coral reefs in this park, dominated by edge ridges and block ridges of rocks. The most attractive view is the steep vertical sloppy coral reef that plunges down as deep as 25-50 meters.

Feast your eyes on 91 types of fish found in the Bunaken National Park, amongst which are the locally known gusimi horse fish (Hippocampus), the white oci (Seriola rivoliana), yellow-tailed lolosi (Lutjanus kasmira), goropa (Ephinephelus spilotoceps and Pseudanthias hypselosoma), ila gasi (Scolopsis bilineatus) and others.

Divers may also meet mollusk like the giant kima (Tridacna gigas), goat head (Cassis cornuta), nautilus (Nautilus pompillius) and tunikates/ascidian.

For those who enjoy scuba diving, this is a great place to be. With about 20 dive spots to choose from, divers will have the chance to swim below the sea, and frolic joyfully while admiring the sea creatures.

4. Derawan

The Terrains at Derawan are varied-from walls and fringing reef to caverns. Big green turtles (chelonia mydas), whitetip leopard and nurse sharks, schooling barracudas, napoleon wrasses, cuttle fish, spanish mackerel, jacks and batfishes, and ornamental reef fishes hang out in record densities and diversity.

5. Wakatobi

Located right in the heart of the Asia-Pacific Coral Triangle, in the province of South East Sulawesi, the Wakatobi Islands offer crystal clear pristine waters and a rich bio-diverse underwater life, a true paradise for Divers, as this is one of 3 hearts in the World Coral Triangle that stretches from the Solomon Islands in the Pacific to Wakatobi, and North to the Philippines. Wakatobi alone is said to have 942 fish species and 750 coral reef species from a total of 850 of world's collection, which, comparing with the two world's famous diving centers, the Caribbean Sea owns only 50 species with 300 coral reef species in the Red Sea, in Egypt.

Situated at the end of the south eastern “petal’ of the orchid shaped island of Sulawesi and separated by the deep Banda Sea to its north and east and the Flores sea to its south, the name Wakatobi is in fact an acronym of its four main islands, which are : Wangi-wangi (WA), Kaledupa (KA), Tomia (TO) and Binongko (BI).

Due to its magnificent underwater life, Wakatobi is fast gaining worldwide attention for its quality dives that can be made by beginners to professionals. Small wonder, therefore, that many liveaboards make this one of their main ports of sojourn. Aside from its dive sites, Wakatobi has many superb beaches.

Actually countless places in Indonesia i wanna go!..but these top 5 are the places MUST go!

if you can see, all these 5 places are all around Makassar, South Sulawesi. the place i live for 5 and half years..

so, rugilah if tak pergi ke sana bila tempat2 ni dah sangat dekat ;)

Where to cekup duit?. maybe from my previous post RM 10,000 tu?. Insyaallah :))

boleh ke?

saya ada mcm 1 tahun 4 bulan lagi nak finish my medicine course. and my Gold by the end of my course, nak bawak balik ke Malaysia RM 10, 000.00!. Ringgit Malaysia Sepuluh Ribu Sahaja..

my allowances permonth is RM 800.00..tolak duit bil rumah etc RM 150.00. so ada la RM650.00

target macam dapat simpan RM 300.00 permonth starting from June '12 sebab feb-may ni nak simpan duit untuk diving course..hehe :D so lets say ni bulan June '12-June '13 ada 12 months... so = RM 300.00 X 12 = RM 3600..

ok tak cukup kan?.

so i have my motorcycle.. boleh jual kat junior.. lets say RM 4500..

jadi RM 3600 + RM 4500 = RM 8100

RM 8800 + RM 1000 = RM 9800.

Ada RM 200...hurmm,, hampir2 la.. dgn harapan..

tapi untuk apa RM 10,000.00 ni?.

where will i be in +- 2 years time?

Assalamualaikum dan Selamat Sejahtera.

lama tak tulis blog..actually nak sangat, tapi malas gabannya nak duduk depan laptop lama2. (tapi surfing2 apa smua lama jgk.tgk2 jam, berlalu jugak kan)..

so today nak cerita pasal angan2 bila dah habis dpt Degree of Medicine di UNHAS ni..

dah grad,i have 2 plans!

1st plan - balik kerja dengan Angkatan Tentera Malaysia..xkisahlah Army ke, Navy ke, AirForce ke..yang penting Navy..

2nd plan - kerja je dgn Kementerian Kesehatan Malaysia (KKM)..

...............................

sebenarnya masih unclear lagi jalan utk 1st plan ni. sbb x ada kenalan yang dh masuk kerja dgn ATM..paling dekat, my seniors yang baru graduate last september. tp xdpt nak contact sangat..

what i know, they say ada 2 choices..

dh grad, utk Housemanship terus masuk HO dgn Army or HO dulu dgn KKM..

yang HO dgn KKM tu dh pasti la kan semua orang tau.. i just need infos yg HO with Army than continue MO with them..

lets say HO wajib through KKM dulu,so ok fine, i choose either Hosp. Klang, Hosp. xtau dan Hosp xtau...hahaha..entah kenapa nk sangat kat sana.belambak kot Hosp lain..

ok after that kalau masuk dgn Army nk try 1st : Hosp Angkatan Tentera (HAT) Sultan Mizan, 2nd : HAT Terendak...HAT Lumut mcm malas la plak.jauh sgt..tp kalau katakan dapat GF or future wife orang Perak ke, xpe lagi arr.hahaha

oh oh..kalau masuk tentera, nama pangkat panjang la kan :P

kalau masuk time Houseman (HO)

w/Tentera Darat : Kap. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak

if w/Navy : Lt. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak (pangkat Leftenan)

if w/AirForce : Kap. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak (Kapten Udara)

kalau masuk time Medical Officer (MO)

w/Tentera Darat : Mej. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak (Mejar)

if w/Navy : Lt KDR. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak (pangkat Leftenan Komander)

if w/AirForce : Mej. Dr. Noor Syafiq Aizat bin Ishak (Mejar Udara)

but lets say, tibe2 tak boleh nak masuk Army sebab ada masalah yang tak boleh-boleh punya tak boleh...i will go to Sabah or Serawak, bekerja kat sana..xkesah la kt semporna ke, Tawau ke, Sandakan ke,celah mana2 pon xkesah...hahaha

oklah..sampai sini je angan2 hari ini..

sekarang, Belajar bersungguh2.. Insyaallah, Amin Ya Rabbal 'alamin
